Dear Madam, Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.

Incomplete data like what is the purpose of doing these tests, do you have any problem??

The high levels of the liver enzymes are suggestive of a condition called " cholestasis of pregnancy" or obstetric cholestasis.

It is due to impaired flow of bile (a digestive fluid) from the liver. Hormonal changes during pregnancy are responsible for this problem.

There's nothing to worry about, you can take Ursodeoxycholic Acid twice a day which helps decrease the level of bile in the mother's bloodstream and reduces the complication for the baby.

If you get itching you may apply Lacto calamine lotion and tablet Cetirizine at night for itching. These liver function tests should be repeated after 4-6 weeks and you should have periodic ante natal check up as suggested by your obstetrician.

Fertility medications used in IVF are unlikely to cause this problem.

Hope this answers your query.
Best wishes.
