Are Dull Ache In The Back Of Head And Neck With Nausea Migraine Related?

I have had off and on dull ache in the back of my head like the start of a migraine. It s worse this pm, pain in neck and back of head. If I turn my head it makes me nauseous. I ve had a migraine before but not like this. Does this sound migraine related? Any thoughts?
