Are Dizziness And Headache A Common Symptoms Of Inner Ear Virus?

I am recovering from an inner ear virus, the dizzyness has subsided a little, but now I am seeing a haze around bright lights and I am getting brief headaches last a couple minutes but go away. I was just wondering if this is potentially serious or just some lingering reactions from the virus?
