Are Dizziness And Body Vibrations Related To Panic Disorder?

Hi, mayHello, I hope maybe you can help me. Back in Feb 2009 i was sitting at my table writing out bills and all of the sudden the room started to spin like a dizzy vertigo spell, i then walk to my wife and almost fell over with tunnel vision and then i started to shake and chill like a cold feeling. Well i went to the ER and they ran test on me said it was a "blood sugar spike" this has been the scarest day of my life so far. anyway a few weeks went by and then i started having gallbladder attacks and later had it removed along with my apendix. Since then i have not felt normal at all and I developed a panic disorder and IBS. My family doctor ran some blood test and all came back fine. Then the acid reflex got worse after my gallbladder surgery and i had the lap nissen performed within 9 months of the other surgery. My question is why do i stay lightheaded all the time? I feel weak, trembley, and shaky after i do just a small task. I wake up in the morning feeling weak at least once or twice week, i feel a vibration within my body somewhere while trying to sleep. and my arms feel so werid just about everyday. can you tell if this related to a panic disorder? i just want to feel normal again. im a male 30 years of age 5'10" 210 pounds. i have always been active with sports through out my life and never did drugs or smoke, may have a "drink" once a month if that. Help! Whats wrong with me? I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...
