HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may mean that there are cysts in the ovaries, this may mean that you have polycystic ovarian syndrome which is a cause of delayed or irregular periods.

It is due to abnormal levels of certain hormones.

This condition is diagnosed by blood tests and imaging.

Treatment can involve lifestyle changes to help with losing excess weight (excess weight can contribute) and medications.
IF you are not interested in conceiving a baby then the use of oral contraceptives would to make your period regular.

If you want to conceive there are also medications that can help with this.

I hope this helps
