Are Chills And A Headache Signs Of Flu?

I have the chills and a headache, I put a small heater on by my desk but still can t warm up, I don t have a fever and I m still able to eat. Could this be a touch of the flu starting? I did have a sinus cold for about 3 weeks, that is better but now this is starting. Any suggestions so I can continue to work?
