Are Body Shivering And Pulsing In Head Due To Muscle Tension?

For 2 years now, my body shakes on the side when I lean to the left and is shaking all over each morning when I wake up or if I wake up in the night. I also feel my pulse in my head a lot. Could this be muscle tension? The shaking on my left side also feels like heart palpitations since it is on my left side.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be nonspecific may be due to some functional elements, some time it may be age and gender related and you have not mentioned it here, at the most parkinson's disease can be ruled out in male patient hope this information helps.
