Are Antral Gastritis And Antral Ulceration Patients Required To Avoid Any Food Items?
After an endoscopy I was told that I have antral gastritis and superficial antral ulcerations. I was told to take 150 mcg. of Ranitidine two or three times a day but otherwise no help as far as diet, what to eat and what to avoid. Should I be avoiding certain foods?

you should take food at interval of 2 hours. drink water and vegetable in good quantity.dont take stress and tension. have good sleep. some time tension and less sleep give rise to this type of problem, so dont worry, for homeopathic medicine you can consult me thanks
