Are Abdominal Cramps, Back Pain And Light Spotting Signs Of Pregnancy?
Hello, my cycle was due on July 26th, but I had very very light spotting a week before my cycle and cramping. Also the week my cycle was due I had cramping and lower back pain but no cycle. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Could I still be pregnant?

I really appreciate your concern, the chances of pregnancy is very less likely still the symptoms can not be taken as granted for anything and if it is the amenorrhea of more than three weeks then better to get done the ultrasonography test and hope this information helps.
