General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for writing to HealthCareMagic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

Although this medication can be given but when symptoms are just cough and nothing else then it is always better to consukt your doctor about the medication as kids this age are very sensitive to any medication given to them. Great care has to be taken.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
