Hello, thanks for using Healthcaremagic, i have gone through all the data you have posted. coming to the problem you are facing, kidney stone s treatment is of two types medical or surgical/ESWL. for stones of small size around 5 to 6 mm there is chance of stone falling off with drinking plenty of water and medical expulsion therapy( DYNAPRESS it contains Tamsulosin).dynapress may cause relaxation of smooth muscle in ureter which will allow stone to pass down and get out in urinary stream. Dynapress dosent dissolve stone. Dynapress can be taken to a maximum of 15 days, if it dosent work and u develop recurrent episodes of pain we may need to go ureteroscopic removal or ESWL depending on location of stone. kindly avoid green leafy vegetables and meat. hope you find it useful..
