Are Panadeine Forte And Loratadine In Combination Advisable?

I am a 54-year old male ( non-smoker/ drinker ) athletically fit, currently prescribed panadeine forte ( last 4-5 years) for combination of cervical disc problems and chronic diarrhoea like IBS. I am allergic to NSAIDs due to asthma and sensitive stomach. I take loratadine 10mg daily for hay fever and have noticed increased fatigue. I exercise regularly and daily dosage of p.forte about 4-6 tabs. I also take Seretide for my asthma. Is this an OK combination of medication for me? Regards, Patrick.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is highly advisable to have less medicines for short course of time the medicine that you are having can not be taken for such long time because it is not the medicine indicated for long term use so better to reduce it as long as it is possible hope this information helps.
