Are Minoz And Bifilac Advisable For Pus Filled Pimples On Face?

Sir i have acne problem , my acne have puses, earlier my skin doctor suggest to take minoz-100 mg and bifilack for one month .i took this medicine long long back but the problem remain same. I am also taking HOMEOPATHIC medicin also but no desire result come to me.
In this situation can i start minoz-100 mg and bifilack again as my face have lot of puse pimples

Kindly suggest me.

Hello.
Thank you for contacting HCM.

I have gone through your question and it appears that you are suffering from Acne Vulgaris. the treatment for acne is to be taken for few months for the issue to be resolved. If I were our treating physician I would recommend
TREATMENT:
Clindamycin phosphate gels/creams applied locally on acne twice daily.
VitaminA creams only to be applied in a very little amount only at the acne
at bedtime.
Daily application of a sunscreen .
face wash/ soaps formulated against acne to be used.

if your case is of a severe acne you may be prescribed Vitamin A
capsules.....but they have to be monitored by a dermatologist for dose regulation due to potential side effects.

for scar marks vitamin c creams are beneficial.
