Are Minoz OD And Levocitrizine The Right Medication For Acne?

I have been taking my acne treatment from past 10 months and Im prescribed D-Acne soap to wash my face twice a day and, an antibiotic Minoz od(Morning); Lcezet (Levocitrizine) (Evening) applied Clear gel from H&H in the morning and Nadibact cream before going to bed, these medications are the same right from the beginning except the night time topical treatment 1st was Nadibact 2nd was Acnid lotion 3rd was benzoyl peroxide but this reacted on my skin so after this Papulex cream was prescribed After using papulex for 3 months i am again prescribed Nadibact cream I was prescribed serratiopeptidase tablets for 2 to 3 weeks when the treatment was started as there was visible swelling on my face. Now my question is Is this treatment good or not Im still having marks and holes on my cheeks how can I cure them

Hello,

You did not mention your age? I also need close up pic of your face to check acne if possible. You can start, capsule Antoxid Hc once a day after food for 1 and 1/2 month and tablet Enerc 1000 mg, dissoluble tablet early morning empty stomach. Also, apply Acnedap gel on acne only two times per day.

Apply Oxidoben gel on acne at night time only for 10 min (if tolerable, then you can keep throughout the night) and Saslic face-wash 2 times per day.

For Acne scar, you need to go for chemical peel, dermabrasion treatment even micro-needling is helpful in scar treatment.
