just trying to find out in order to try to insure a client if the metoprolol succinate, simvastin and aspirin are being taken for the one and only afib he had 2 years ago. he also has high blood pressure which perhaps the med is being used for. do you know which is which
Aspirin is used to keep the blood thinner useful in atrial fibrillation to prevent clot formation. Metoprolol can be effective in both atrial fibrillation & hypertension. Whereas Simvastatin is used to treat high cholesterol.
