Are Maxtra Oral Drops Safe To Be Given To An Infant For Cold?
my six month old baby had having a little bit symptoms of getting cold as she was coughing and sneezing a bit . so we started maxtra oral drops 7 drops twice a day*4 days as per pediatrician and symptoms diminished over the 4 days dose. but now problem is after 6-7 days of prev. dose of maxtra drops again she is getting coughing and sneezing a bit probably due to cold that she might got again. so pls suggest whether maxtra drops again can be started after that short period.
Hello, I have gone through your query and understand your queries.
Yes, you can start the drops for cold but remember that if the problem is recurring then you need to give your baby antibiotic treatment. So I suggest you to consult your pediatrician for this. Dont continue maxtra for long period without doctors suggestion.
Regards, Dr.Alekhya.
