Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Osteoarthritis is a chronic inflammation of the joints caused by loss of the lubricating fluid in the joints ( known as the synovial fluid) & due to deficiency of a substance naturally produced in the body called glucosamine.
Dorofen is an exclusive formulation that supplies the body with glucosamine, which is the necessary building block for the cartilage and for the maintenance of the synovial fluid in the joints that keeps them healthy and moving comfortably.
Also your doctor has prescribed diclofenac which is an anti-inflammatory drug. It will reduce the inflammation & pain in joints.
So all together Diclofenac and Dorofen are effective for knee osteoarthritis & you should take them as prescribed by your doctor.

Hope your query is solved
