General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant and a relatively safe drug. It is alright to take it even if you are on blood pressure medications. But if by any chance you experience any side-effect, immediately stop the medicine and contact your physician for further course of action.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
