Are Cozim Q And Evion 200 Mg Advisable For The Following Semen Analysis Report?
Dear Doctor, I have done my semen analysis, count was good 62mio/ml but the progressive mortality is low 19% and locally mortile is 40%. My doctor advised to use supplements of selenium, Vitamin e and coenzyme q10 combination capsules. They have given only chemecial names. Can I use cozm q ( coenzyme q 100mg + elemental selenium 70mg + l_arginine 100 mg + omega 3 fato acid 500mg) and evion 200mg (vitamin e 200 IU) medication.Can I take twice daily or only once and when. Both medications what you have mentioned contains all the essential ingredients which are required for providing proper nutrients for improvement in functions of sperm.
Kindly take them once a day, after food at bedtime. Take the medications continuously for 3 months and get a semen analysis done to know for the improvement.
