Approximately 12 months ago began having intermittent knee pain with a feeling of having something in my joint, pain more severe with walking distances and using stairs. I noticed a hard "lump" on the front of my tibia, just below the knee approximately 3 months pain increases at night. it has become increasingly painful to the touch, at night, radiates up and through the knee. Knee is not red or warm and no know injury
