hi, I am 51 and have stomach issues all my life, first i had my appendix out, it was healthy but the Doctor that I had decided that it was the cause of my pain, (was diagnosis with Edometriosis years later) 3 months later I had a bad attack of pain in my right side and after hours of screaming, my dad took me to the hospital, I was 17 years old, after screaming there on a gurnney for hours, the nurses thought I was faking it to get Demerol, then they call another surgeon a Gastrologist , by now it was 5am and when he saw me he ran over to me and touched my tummy, and felt high fever, and turned to the nurses and yelled get her to pre op, my bowel twisted and I had gangrene, which happened at the same spot as my appendix was removed, my Ileum was removed too, after I awoke from days of sedation he was standing by my bed the Surgeon told me that if I would of went home that morning , I would of died in 8 hours, really grate Doctor, years later the pain I was complaining about to the Doctor whom took out my Appendix, I had Endometriosis , so I must tell you this so you can understand what's hurting me now, I was married to a farmer for 8 years, my stomach couldn't deal with the hard work I had to do and my Husband wanted a divorce, but what I mean by my stomach couldn't handle the work, it involved picking up full bushels of peaches , tomatoes... etc, I remeber once bending down to get something out of the freezer and it pressed against the top of my stomach in the centre below the rib cage and I had severe pain after I got up, it went away, but evertytime I'd pick up a bushel of fruit, it hurt like heck, so I had a attack and went back to that hospital and went into the Emerg and the Dr. on duty gave me a shot for pain as my chart was enough to think I might be having bowel issues, well I also asked him to be my family doctor as I didn't have one, anyways, tests came back I had a hernia and to get rest and no picking up busheles of fruit, this is when my husband got mad and made me upset that I wasn't pulling my weight, so I left him, so I was in and out of the hospital for years, and this time my throat was sore and my Esophagus hurt and I was diagnosis with a herniated Esophagus and I was going through massive depression for years and up to this day, I had 2 kids they are 15 and 17, and their father was abusive verbally, so I took them kids with me and they were like 7 and 9 years old, and it took a lot to get where we are today, so anyways, my Doctor by now was giving me presriptions for depression, my ulcers, chronic stomach pain, and also in the year of 2005 I fell down and broke my hip or the top of the Femur, it went undiagnosed for 3 months, so here I am pushing a lawnmmower with a broken hip, it got to the point I was dragging the leg as I couldn't feel it, but every time I went to the Hospital they thought I was faking it, after 3 months I got a second opinion and he X Rayed it and it showed a broken hip, they had to put 2 pins in, so after a half a year still in pain, my walk in doctor prescribed a patch a Fentynol patch and said I'll never be the same, I went back to my original doctor the one I had after my divorce and told him my gastric reflux was getting bad, and he gave me at first Nexium which work great, after years and years when I left the father of my kids, I had to go on government assistance and they wouldn't pay for nexium so there no name pill was called Tecta and I have been taking it for 2 times a day, I am also taking a hourd of pills now, for each complaint , he gave me something else to take, besides the Fentynol 25mg patch, I take Tylenol #3 and I take so many pillis, I started to take 8-12 pills at bed time and morning, all at once, and drink them down in one gulp, I'm not proud of this and I'm fed up, I'm a Medicine addict and the pain is so bad now in my throat, it feels like little pockets are forming in my throat and when I go to bed or lay down, or eat the wrong way and drink water with the food or I will get the hic cups so severe they don't stop easy anymore, so now I'm 51 , I don't drink alcohol at all, not a drop I get physically sick and can't keep alcohol down I throw up, I don't smoke cigarettes, or illegal drugs, my patch is at 75mg now as I can't stand the pain in my throat, my Doctor finally is going to get me scoped down the throat to see what's causing my severe pain , that was over a week ago and still don't have an appointment, but I need your advice please, what the heck is going on? I can't take it very much longer, I'm serious, this food coming up and it burns I naturally grab my throat above the breast bone it is like a fire poker jabbing me, please give your opinion and I will listen to you, thank you for reading my whole life , bye
