Any Suggestion For Severe Headache, Dizziness, Numbness In Face, Black Eye?

hi i hit my head on a wall saturday night and its now wednesday i didnt get knocked out and could remember what happened on sunday since then i have had really bad headaches, dizzyness,numbness down my right side of my face i have been sleeping a lot and i have now started with a black eye should i be worryed??

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are related to head concussion.

The black eye is caused by subcutaneous hematoma.

I would recommend going to the ER for a careful physical examination and a brain CT scan to exclude possible intracranial hemorrhage or a scull fracture.
