Any Suggestion For Having Bell's Palsy On Left Side Face?

Doctor i have a bell's pulsy on my left side face since last 5 months.

I had consult a nurologist when i knew this problem and doing physiotherapy on regular basis and vitamin B12 teblet as per doctor advice but still it is not recovered.

What to do? please suggest. i am very much worried about this can i get 100% recovery?

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

It is necessary first for a brain MRI to evaluate/exclude any cerebellopontine angle lesion that may result in facial paralysis.

If this possibility excluded, use of prednisolone and acyclovir is necessary.
