Any Suggestion For Flu, Fever, Body Ache, Fatigue, Dizzy, Sore Neck, Stomach Pain?

I've got the flu. I have a fever along with body ache & intense fatigue. I go to the toilet every 15 minutes. I'm dizzy, I can't sleep properly and my neck is sore. I have stomach pains and if i eat it hurts even more. These medications are not working what can i do please?

* When respiratory tract infection is more associated with systemic effects,
many molecules will not exert effects.
* Do gargles with salted leukwarm water with added peppermint oil 3 times
a day , continue medicines , maintain hydrations .
* need thorough clinical evaluation with collaboration of the findings of Lab
& X-rays if done for final management plan .
