ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

You seem to have an acute infection so you need better medication and voice rest
Consult your ENT as soon as possible so that a proper antibiotic combination like amox-clav along with an antihistamine like levocetrizine can be started.

Meanwhile do not strain when you speak and take voice rest
Drink plenty of fluids
Take steam inhalation and avoid spicy, oily and cold foodstuff

Hope this helps

regards
