Any Risk Of HIV Transmission After Condom Broke During Sex With Sex Worker?

Hi Doctor,
I am a 30 year old male, 5 feet 8 inches and weight 76 kilos. No previous history of any disease, and have been previously checked for STDs, HIV, Hep-B/C with negative results.
I just had sex with a sex worker 2 hours ago in Indonesia in an upper class brothel. The condom broke towards the end, and I reckon there was 3-4 minutes of unprotected sex till I ejaculated (without knowing until I pulled out). Could you please tell me the risks for HIV infection? The worker says she gets checked every two weeks and demands only condoms be used with all her customers. Thanks.

Thank you for query. There are always chances of acquiring STDs /HIV if any of the partners have multiple sexual partners and routes also.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.please consult your doctor if you develop any of the symptoms also if you want to rule out HIV.
