Myself Honey, I have dark color on face and hands and white color on the rest of the body. I read about this on internet and found about melanin. i have dark color on parts which are in direct contact to sun. I want some medicine which can lighten my color.

Skin can be lightened both externally and internally.
You can take glutathione and vitamin E capsules.
Apply a skin lightening cream like melalite in night.
You are correct sun exposure is a very important factor.
This can be taken care by applying sunscreen in day.
Apply a sunscreen with spf more than 30.
