Any Help For Gas Problem And Severe Headache?

Hello Dr. I m mamta, 29 female.I am facing gas problem science 2008 after my operation but Past few days I its too heavy. Even I have headache, Always seems that my head is heavy specially back head & neck. About stomach I cant t say, Its too much. even my can t be fresh at morning(toilet problem). Kindly help me. I am not sure what operation you underwent. it is possible you have gastritis - an inflammation of the stomach that can be caused by many things including smoking, alcohol and pain medicines like ibuprofen. you may also have constipation along with that. you could try Omeprazole 20 mg once daily. you can increase that to twice a day after a week if symptoms are not better. if symptoms don't improve in a month then you should see a gastroenterologist. for your bowels, you can take 1-2 tablets of docusate 100 mg, a stool softener daily.
