Any Advice On Less Erection And Early Ejaculation?
hi doc i have problem with my penis it does not stand properly when i don sex some it does not erect at all may be of fear some thing & secondly i ejaculate very early with seconds some time just jerk off with out semen which comes after some time. please advice me something good.

do you mean the semen comes after some time of feeling orgasm? Fear ,anxiety can cause poor erection and premature ejaculation but this particular thing is not normal. If this is recurrent and there are some urinary symptoms as well, get it checked by a urologist. If nothing like this, you need to relax while having sex and focus on the pleasure part only.
