Any Advice For Type2 Diabetic Having Glucose Level 180, Fasting Level 123?

I AM 47 YEARS MALE HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM DIABETES TYPE 2 SINCE 2002. I STOPPED TAKING INSULIN DOSE FOR 2 MONTHS BACK AS PER ADVISE OF MY DOCTOR AS MY PP GLUCOSE LEVEL WAS 180 AND FASTING LEVEL WAS 123. NOW I AM TAKING AZULIX MF 1 / GLIMESTAR M1 FOR LAST 2 MONTHS. WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE, SIR ?

Hello,
If you can manage these blood sugar levels with these oral medicines,it is all right.But if your blood sugar starts getting higher than these levels,then you may add injection LANTUS 10 units in the night for better control or alternatively,you may add VOGLIBOSE .3 mg 2-3 times a day.
Along with medications,do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day and observe proper dietary control.
