Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
It's important to rule out surgical cause for vomiting especially ifv the vomiting is not settling down. Cause of burning urine could be due to concentrated urine because of vomiting induced dehydration .
Would Suggest You To Consult Pediatrician At earliest for further management.
Possibility of Enteric fever is to be considered

Take care
