Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Surgery or intervention is generally done for blocks of 70% or more / In less severe places, Thallium stress or Fractional Flow rsereve is done to assess the need... / In diffuse distal disease the procedure may not be echnically feasible
In an individual case, one has to examine the patient and review the angiogram personally for definite conclusions / your father may only need aggressive medical treatment / Discuss with your doctor...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
