DUE TO INFLAMMATION IN UPPER ABDOMEN MY 67 YEARS OLD MOTHER WAS ADVISED FOR USG AND ECG BY LOCAL DOCTOR. USG REPORT SHOWS LIVER , CBD, PANCREAS, SPLEEN KIDNEYS NORMAL. BUT GALL BLADDER GALL BLADDER IS WELL DISTENDED WITH MILDLY THICKENED WALL. THERE IS AN ECHOREFLECTIVE CALCULUS IMPACTED IN GALL BLADDER NECK. LOW LEVEL ECHOS ARE NOTED IN GALL BLADDER LUMEN . ASRENAL : THERE IS A WELL DEFINED ECHOGENIC LESION (5.9 X 5.0 CMS) IN RIGHT ADRENAL GLAND. NO ASCITES OR PARAAORTIC LYMPHADENOPATHY IS NOTED AND ECG REPORT SHOWING RIGHT BLOCK. DOCTOR ANY MEDICINE OR ANYTHING TO CURE FOR THAT AVOIDING SURGERY?
