Dear Sir
Since it is an intense pain , I would request you to see your doctor on priority. Usually intense pain, which is elicited by touch or pressure and lasts for days together is unlikely to be cardiac or anginal. It is more likely to be local. Anginal or cardiac pain is mostly retrosternal radiating to various sites, not elicitable by touch or pressure, induced by walking or running or exertion and relives by rest. A retrosternal pain may also be due to refux of acid in food pipe.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder singh
