Am Post Menopausal, Blood In Urine, Taken Antibiotic Treatment. No Effect

HELLO, MY WIFE IS POST MENOPAUSAL (54 YEARS OLD) AND HAS HAD VISIBLE BLOOD IN HER URINE FOR 3 MONTHS. SHE HAS GONE THROUGH 3 SEPARATE ANTIBIOTIC TREATMENTS FOR UTI YET THE BLOOD PERSISTS, THE UROLOGIST SHE SAW RECENTLY TOLD HER IT WAS NOT A CONCERN YET HE HAD NO EXPLANATION FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE BLOOD IN THE URINE?
