Am on Adderall 20 mg, 2 tabs in am and one in afternoon (which I often akip). Today I was tired and becoming tolerant so I took 3 (20mg tabs)=60 mg. I felt fine. Not nervous and calm,focused. However while checking my BP for free it was several times approx. 157/103, HR 120. Other than sweating I felt fine. I am 57, normally have low to normal bp, have been drinking daily 2 drinks. Am concerned if I have to go off Adderall. All other checkups have been fine but occurred in the afternoon 6 hrs after 40 mg Adderall plus 2 mg Klonopin. Only med that treats depression, PTSD, social phobia and want to stay on. Weigh 177 bmi 30. Thank you. Am a phsician.
