Am I pregnant?
I am a 19 year old college student who is on birth control. On Thursday night, my boyfriend and I stupidly had unprotected sex. It was the first time I've ever done this & he pulled out. I was on the first sugar pill of my birth control on this day. Then, in Friday night, we had protected sex, except for her came inside me and the condom broke. This was on the second sugar pill day for me (I usually get my period on the second or 3rd sugar pill day but I hadnt started it yet). Saturday morning I took plan B around 11AM. This is the first time I have ever taken the pill and I'm not sure what exactly it doe in relation to my period. 'Y period was supposed to come that day but I'm wondering if the plan b is messing with my cycle? Throughout the day I had mucuous secretions that had a little bit of blood in them in my vagina and in my urine. Today is the last day of my sugar pills and I am having the same few mucus discharges with a little bit of bright red blood. Why hasn't my period started? I also had 3 exams this past week so my stress levels have been EXTREMELY high. I am supposed to start my new pack of hormonal birth control pills (vestura) tomorrow, but I haven't had my period yet so what should I do? Could I be pregnant? When do I take a pregnancy exam?
