General Surgeon 's  Response
It could be DVT and the only way to confirm it will be to get a Color Doppler of the affected limb done. Usually DVT presents with limb or calf swelling and pain in the area. It is a painless investigation like an Ultrasound. It will clarify any arterial or venous problem in the limb. You can share the report with us for further guidance on the management of the problem. Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
