Always feeling hungry, dizzy, lightheaded, stomach growling even after eating healthy food. Am away from family. Suggestions?

Good day,i was new in a place where far from family its 3months now and since then i always feel hungry,my body is weak and feel dizzy or lightheaded that anytime i will fall off. Even i ate the healthy food.and my stomach always groaling. I cant understand what should i do it makes me worry. Hope someone can help me. Thank you so much and more power.
