After you've had swollen tonsils is it ok for me to smoke weed again ?

I've also a month ago used to crack my neck a lot a fees times a day and where this one night I cracked it a little to hard and where my left side of my body froze and I felt like if I broken something inside of it . It feels more wide nowadays and its stiff on the right side what could have possibly happened am I ok ? When I went to the hospital for x-rays I was told that I was ok but I still don't feel right or it my mental Doctor ? . I'm only 16 years of age and my heart also seems to be racing a lot nowadays so I'm wondering if it's connected to me cracking my neck that night, or my previous swollen tonsils , or even anxiety . Please answer back as soon as possible thank you
