After I eat a meal I need to be close to a bathroom almost right away. I have a bowel movement and I am in the bathroom at least three to four times after my meal. It happens more often at night after supper.
It's not everyday but it seems to be about every other day. I eat a lot of different things so I haven't really found one thing that completely bothers my stomach. What can I do?
