Advice For Abdominal Pain And Lump Near Incision After Appendectomy?

I had a appendectomy a week ago, my pain is still there and i am not getting any relief from paracetomol or tramadol. There is a lump next to the incision which is painful to press. I also feel achy, sick and drained. I also have other pain in my abdomen which is like someone sticking a knife in and twisting it, that comes and goes. My temp is normal, ive checked. Im quite concerned. Any advice would be appriciated

Hi. Sorry to know about this . I would advise you to for for an urgent Sonography, preferably CT scan as there can be a collection of pus or so. The report would guide your Surgeon to go ahead with the management accordingly.
