Hello Mr. Ahmed and thanks for the query
You have given a brief history of your mother. To get to any diagnosis we needs some detailed history like:
When you got pain? Frequency of pain? Does it increases by stress or anxiety? Have you feel any dizziness or shortness of breath during episode? With what medication or home remedies you get relief to pain? Have you any numbness in arms?
Kindly answer to the queries so that we are able to answer you better.
Best wishes
