Acne Prone Skin, Oils With Scars. Applying Derma Epithelial Ah Cream, Pimples Appearing. Remedy?

I have a acne prone oily skin, moderate scars. my skin looks oily but underneath very dry. tried A Derma Epithelial AH cream . but with this i got lots of tiny pimples all over face with hard sand like granules.
Also when i ride a two wheeler even for a single time with face uncovered my skin looks very dull and dry andagedpls help

A-Derma epithelial AH cream is a moisturizing cream. I would not recommend anything creamy on your face as you have acne prone oily skin. Small pimples which developed after applying cream are comedones.
Apply only gel or water based products on the face. Oily skin tends to absorb smoke and dust from air thereby making it look dull and dark while riding two wheeler.
Use a salicylic acid containing face wash ( eg: Speelac ) twice a day. After cleansing use a water based moisturizer ( eg: L'oreal hydrafresh aqua essence).
Then apply a gel based sunscreen ( eg: Ansolar gel cream or suncote gel). Dabbing compact powder over sunscreen will give matte finish and additional sun protection.
Get a consultation from a dermatologist who is experienced in cosmetology. He will assess your scars and plan treatment for the scars.
