About To Undergo IVF. Sperm Motility Poor. Suggestions To Improve Motility?
I am about to undergo a 2nd round of IVF with my wife. My Sperm mobility is pretty poor (25%) ... and therefore i am wonder what i can do to improve this in the next 3 weeks? Also i understand that a 3 day abstinence from masturbation before producing a sperm sample is the optimum, however how frequently should i be masturbating in the next 3 weeks BEFORE the cycle?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been under treatment of infertility specialist for IVF.
You claim your sperm motility to be 25 %. If it is a active motile sperm count, it is within normal acceptable limits for IVF.
For IVF you need to have abstinence of 3 days prior to semen collection .So avoid masturbation at least for 3-4 days prior to IVF.
In the mean while you can masturbate up to your satisfaction .
