Hello and welcome to HCM
I am a jr. to Cardiologist and read your mail in detail. Wants to help you out. As per Symptoms you have explained in your mail, You might be suffering from CAD (Coronary Artery
Disease) or Valvular disease of Heart or Respiratory System disease like Asthma, COPD etc and Anemia
. Needs to be investigated in detail. Most likely to be CAD. Risk factors for CAD are:
1. Family History?
2. Age above 40
3. Obesity (You are)
4. Heart Disease
5. Lack of exercise
6. Raised Total Cholesterol
and Triglycerides (seems to be higher)

You must check your Fasting Blood Sugar and Lipidogram. Also go for EKG, Echocardiography
(to rule out Valvular disease and CAD) and Treadmill Test (TMT).
At last consult your doctor and get investigated properly.
