ANA (IFA), Positive Homogeneous, 1:160 Speckled, 1:320 What Does This

ANA (IFA), Positive
Homogeneous, 1:160
Speckled, 1:320
What does this mean? They can't figure me out, they thought I might have stiff man syndrome, but I tested negative for that. They said possibility of fibromyalgia, but that sounds wrong as well. I have muscle twitches in my legs and have had one in my right tricep for about 4 months. Went to the neurologist and am awaiting an MRI because I have been diagnosed with moderate cervical spodylosis with spurs.
