A few days ago, my dentist cleaned out a bad cavity under a crown in a molar on my left side. It almost necessitated a root canal, I could tell he was near the nerve even though it was numbed with Novacaine. The dentist said he needed to cut away a bit of the gum too in order to get all the decay out. A day or two later, my left ear became clogged. It sort of comes & goes but it's annoying & becoming a bit painful. There is a spacer thing covering the tooth until the new crown is ready & now the tooth is aching a bit too. I just took a probiotic to strengthen my immune system, & I'm boiling water to inhale some steam. Should I take some Mucinex too, in case there's mucus trapped in my ear?
