A 22years male dignosef pulmonory tb on 19th nov att started from 20th nov under pumonologist in a hospital under observation eg. Rcinex450 cap(empty stomach),combutol 800mg &pyzina750+500mg(after brack fast) upto 27nov( one week).when patient reached home town lucknow uttar pradesh after exam on college vaccation for 45dayon 28th nov one chest phy pulmologist prescribed on 28th nov AKT3 kit (empty stomach) & pyzina 750mg one&half tab(after 1 hour brack fast)alongwith pyridoxin( vit6) 20mg just after brack fast for next 30days. pls advice any difference between akt3 kit and separate att brand medicine treatment, patient weight is 47 kg at present and a student of btec 4th year, his project of Btec will start from 15th january2017 at university at Chennai .pls advice akt3 kit(empty stomach) alongwith pyzina 1100mg (afterbrack fast) for next one month is right choice of treatment.
