94 Years. On Distinon For Difficulty In Swallowing. Blood Sugar, Bp Normal. Harmful Side Effects?
My mother now 94 years old is taking Distinon 60mg, twice a day, for the last 3 years. She had difficulty swallowing and distinon has help restore this function. Are there any harmful side effects ? is there any information I should know and be cautious about? She will have to take this medication life long. Her blood sugar and Blood Pressure are normal.

Hi, she is already 94 years, and is happy with the medicine distinon 60, there are so many side effects but they are not encountered till date. So you need not worry, about its usage, and regarding its long term use if she feels any discomfert you can consult your doctor and come to a conclusion. Let her be happy. Thank you.
